New Hope, Pennsylvania is the oldest town in Solebury Township. Located on the opposite side of the river from Lambertville, NJ, New Hope has numerous restaurants one being Marsha Brown. Many who eat there comment on the beautiful outside appearance, and unique indoor architecture specifically the stain glass windows. It was originally a Methodist Church built in 1887, and is the oldest Methodist Church in the New Hope area. Now the menu for the restaruant is predominately based on Creole inspiration, due to the request of the new owner Marsha Brown who is from the New England area.
